after almost 2 years of work I managed to create this ender dragon farm that uses the whole central island of the end.

 

It works from version 1.16 to 1.17 (not tested in 1.18), does not work in versions earlier than 1.16

 

All farms and its data [may vary the values ​​are not fixed]:

Ender Crystals = 261 per hour

EndeStone Farm = Produece 2089 per hour

Obsidian Farm = Produces 800 per hour, depends on the number of wither cages

Enderman XP: 30 levels 80s the number is not fixed and an estimate may vary Iron Bars = 4380 per hour

Chorus Flower = 2700 per hour

Chorus Fruit = 8100 per hour

Piglin Trade = you don't have a fixed trade value

Beacon Farm = depends on how many the player craps

Wither Boss = 180 nether stars per hour

Blaze rod = 1000 per hour

Wither skeleton farm = 27 Skulk 1 min [is an estimate is not fixed]
